After reading all your suggestions about moving in and such I would like to say excellent. that is exactly what we do and the exact way we do moveins and outs. That is all good information as well as we give every tenant a list of what a item will cost if we have to repair it because of tenant caused damage. I have noticed that we received a negative comment and just want to say we deserve to respond and that to the best of my knowledge from the past two years that is not how we do business and we need to have a chance to respond to them. All our transactions are in writing and we have the move in and move out reports and do all in writing so as to protect the tenant and the homeowner.
